On Friday, May 4, you can participate in a special 5K and family-friendly fun run at the twenty-eighth annual D.A.R.E. Classic! This event is intended as more than just a way to show off your cardio, as there will be several kid-friendly activity stations and events set up. In addition to enjoying face-painting, and special guest appearances, kids are encouraged to participate in a one-mile fun run. After their race, adults can gather for a 5K road race. This event will be timed, and there will be a special post-race ceremony, as well as refreshments provided by the organizers. This 5K is a USATF certified event.

When:

The D.A.R.E. Classic 5K race and fun run event will be held on Friday, May 4. The event will start with the kids’ fun run, with the 5K road race to follow.

Where:

The race is being held at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway, which is located at 1122 NH-106, Loudon, NH.

Cost:

Pre-registration (by May 1) will cost $30. If you register after this pre-registration period, the cost will raise up to $35.
